Notice of a medical examination in a mine

What to do
Give the person to be examined written notice, and send a copy to the examining authority with any previous medical certificates rule 111(1)–(3).
Who it applies to
Every mine rule 111(1).
When
At least seven days before an initial examination, and at least twenty days before a periodical examination rule 111(1)–(2).
How
If the person fails to appear for a reasonable cause, give a second notice of at least ten days rule 111(4).
