Intimation of a contract work order

What to do
Intimate each contract work order on the Shram Suvidha Portal, with the name of the principal employer, the address of the premises where the work is done, the date of commencement, the number of contract labour employed and the duration of the work order rule 94(1), (3) s. 50(1).
Who it applies to
Establishments in which fifty or more contract labour are employed, or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months, through contract, and manpower supply contractors who have employed fifty or more contract labour on any such day s. 45(1).

When
Within fifteen days of receiving the work order rule 94(1).
How
If the work order is not intimated, the licence may be suspended or cancelled after a chance to show cause s. 50(2).
Notify any change in the number of contract labour or the conditions of work on the Shram Suvidha Portal rule 93(5).
