Furnish information in Form XV to the assessing officer rule 41(1)(a).
Who it applies to
Every employer undertaking building or other construction work s. 100(2).
When
Within sixty days from the date of commencement of the work or of payment of cess; communicate any change in Form XV within thirty days of it rule 41(1).
