What to do
Register on the portal designated by the Central Government, or any other portal it specifies for the purpose rule 49(5).
Who it applies to
Every aggregator, that is, a digital intermediary or marketplace connecting buyers or users of a service with its sellers or providers s. 2(2), for the gig and platform workers for whom the Central Government frames social security schemes s. 114(1).
