Share electronically the details of the gig and platform workers engaged with you, in the form specified on the Central Government’s designated portal rule 48(2)(g).
Who it applies to
Every aggregator, that is, a digital intermediary or marketplace connecting buyers or users of a service with its sellers or providers s. 2(2), for the gig and platform workers for whom the Central Government frames social security schemes s. 114(1).

When
Monthly, or at such other periodicity as the portal specifies rule 48(2)(g).
How
Without this update a worker may lose eligibility for the social security schemes rule 48(2)(h).
