What do the Codes say about transfers?
- Transferring a worker mala fide, under the guise of following management policy, is an unfair labour practice IR Second Schedule.
- Unfair labour practices are prohibited IR s. 84. The Codes do not otherwise set general transfer rules, so check your appointment letter.
