What special rules apply to mine workers?
- If you work below ground in a mine, a shift cannot be more than eight hours in a day S.O. 2516(E).
- You earn a day of annual leave for every fifteen days of work OSH s. 32(1)(ii).
- For gratuity, 190 days worked in the twelve months counts as a year of continuous service SS s. 54(B).
