How much am I paid while on annual leave?
- The Code gives leave “with wages” OSH s. 32(1). I found no separate formula for workers in the Code or the Central Rules, so check your employer’s terms and your State’s rules.
- Working journalists and sales promotion employees have their own leave rules OSH s. 25(3).
