How many contract workers bring in the contract labour rules?

The rules apply where fifty or more contract labour work in the establishment, or to a manpower supply contractor with fifty or more, counting any day of the preceding twelve months s. 45(1).
They do not apply where only intermittent or casual work is done s. 45(2).
