What notice is needed to change pay, hours or shifts?
- An employer proposing to change listed conditions must give notice to the workers affected, and cannot make the change within twenty-one days of that notice IR s. 40.
- The list includes wages, allowances, hours of work, rest intervals, leave with wages and holidays Third Schedule.
