Which workplaces do not have to pay bonus?
- The bonus rules apply to establishments with twenty or more persons, now or on any day of the accounting year s. 41(2).
- They do not apply to, among others, the Life Insurance Corporation, the Reserve Bank of India, Government departments and local authorities, universities and other educational institutions, and non-profit hospitals s. 41(1).
