Employing women at night

What to do
Employ a woman before 6.00 a.m. or beyond 7.00 p.m. only with her written consent, with transport to pick her up and drop her at her residence, well-lit workplaces and passages with closed-circuit television on the way to facilities, and dedicated telephone numbers of the establishment displayed at conspicuous places at the establishment and inside the vehicles rule 83 s. 43.
Who it applies to
Any establishment that employs women at night s. 43. Under the OSH Code an establishment is a place in which ten or more workers are employed s. 2(1)(v).
