What to do
Provide suitable washing facilities at easily accessible places, with water, soap and towels, separately for male, female, transgender and employees with disabilities, ventilated, drained, kept hygienic and lockable from inside; common towels are prohibited rule 49.

The employer of every factory, mine, building or other construction work, motor transport undertaking, dock work and plantation rule 49.
When

How
At building sites where employees are exposed to poisonous, infectious or irritating substances, oil, grease or dust, provide washing facilities or showers with hot and cold water rule 49, proviso.
