What to do
Exhibit a notice of the acts and omissions for which fines may be imposed, approved in advance by the appropriate Government or the prescribed authority s. 19(1)–(2). Display it in Hindi, English and the local language at a conspicuous place in the workplace, and send a copy to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator having jurisdiction electronically or by speed post rule 15.
Who it applies to
Any employer who imposes fines on employees s. 19(1).
When
Before any fine is imposed s. 19(1).
