What to do
Constitute a Safety Committee of representatives of employers and workers rule 14(1) s. 22(1).
Who it applies to
Every establishment employing five hundred or more workers rule 14(1).

When
The committee serves for three years and meets at least once in every quarter, or once a month in mines rule 14(3).
How
Keep the committee informed of hazards and of data on accidents and the working environment rule 14(4).
Act to implement its recommendations within fifteen days of receiving them rule 14(5).
