Worker re-skilling fund contribution

What to do
For every retrenched worker, transfer an amount equal to fifteen days of their last drawn wages to the worker re-skilling fund, electronically rule 37(1) s. 83(2)(a).
Who it applies to
Every employer who retrenches a worker rule 37(1).
When
Within ten days from the date of the retrenchment rule 37(1).
How
Send the list of retrenched workers, the amounts and their bank account details to the labour office rule 37(3).
The amount is credited to each worker’s account within forty-five days of the retrenchment rule 37(2).
