Issue wage slips to employees electronically in Form XVI rule 72(2) s. 33(c).
Who it applies to
Every employer of an establishment rule 72(2). Under the OSH Code an establishment is a place in which ten or more workers are employed s. 2(1)(v).

When
On or before the day of payment of wages rule 72(2).
How
Wage slips issued under the Code on Wages rules are deemed to be issued under these Rules rule 72(3).
