What to do
Maintain a record of leave with wages for every employee, electronically or otherwise, in Form XX rule 76(1) s. 33(a).
Who it applies to
The employer of every establishment rule 76(1). Under the OSH Code an establishment is a place in which ten or more workers are employed s. 2(1)(v).

When
Keep it up to date, and preserve it for five years after the last entry; do not destroy it even then unless it has been properly transferred to a new register rule 76(2).
How
Share the leave record with the employee concerned once in a calendar year, on demand rule 76(1).
