Report on action taken on an imminent danger

What to do
When an employee informs you of an imminent danger to the safety and health of employees, take immediate remedial action and send a report of the action taken to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator, electronically or by speed post rule 10.
Who it applies to
Every employer of an establishment rule 10. Under the OSH Code an establishment is a place in which ten or more workers are employed s. 2(1)(v).
