Notice of occupational disease

What to do
If a worker contracts a disease specified in the Third Schedule to the OSH Code, send a notice, electronically or by speed post, to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator or Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator, in the format set out in the Rules rule 8(1) s. 12(1).
Who it applies to
Every employer of an establishment s. 12(1). Under the OSH Code an establishment is a place in which ten or more workers are employed s. 2(1)(v).
