Who it applies to
Every employer of an establishment s. 33(a). Under the OSH Code an establishment is a place in which ten or more workers are employed s. 2(1)(v).

When
Keep it up to date; all registers and records are preserved in original for five calendar years from the date of the last entry rule 72(1).
