What to do
Maintain suitable atmospheric conditions in workplaces, with adequate ventilation to clear away smoke, fumes, steam and dust and to dilute inflammable or noxious gases rule 37.

The employer of every motor transport undertaking rule 37.
When
All the time rule 37.
How
Protect employees from extreme weather by changing working hours, or by giving protective clothes or other provisions free of charge rule 37(iii).
Provide mechanical ventilation where natural ventilation cannot give enough fresh air without uncomfortable draughts rule 37(iv).
