Persons declared unfit for work in mines

What to do
Do not employ, or continue to employ, a person declared unfit for employment in mines, or in a category of mines or specified operations, in that work rule 120.
Who it applies to
Every mine rule 120.
When
After thirty days from the date of the medical examination, unless the person has appealed rule 120.
How
The examining practitioner or the appellate medical board may recommend continuing the person in employment for up to six months while the disability is cured or controlled rule 120, proviso.
