Telling women employees about maternity benefits

What to do
Inform every woman, in writing and electronically, of every benefit available under the maternity benefit Chapter s. 67(2).
Who it applies to
Employers covered by the maternity benefit Chapter: every factory, mine and plantation, and every shop or establishment in which ten or more employees are employed, or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months First Schedule.
