What to do
Exhibit an abstract of the maternity benefit Chapter and its rules, in the language or languages of the locality, in a conspicuous place in every part of the establishment in which women are employed s. 71.
Who it applies to
Employers covered by the maternity benefit Chapter: every factory, mine and plantation, and every shop or establishment in which ten or more employees are employed, or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months First Schedule.
