What to do
Send a half-yearly return in Form XVIII electronically to the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) concerned rule 98(7).
Who it applies to
Establishments in which fifty or more contract labour are employed, or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months, through contract, and manpower supply contractors who have employed fifty or more contract labour on any such day s. 45(1).

Not later than thirty days from the close of each half year, January to June and July to December rule 98(7).
