What to do
Issue the contract labour an experience certificate in Form XXIII giving the period, the work performed and the experience gained rule 100 s. 56.
Who it applies to
Establishments in which fifty or more contract labour are employed, or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months, through contract, and manpower supply contractors who have employed fifty or more contract labour on any such day s. 45(1).
