Grievance committee for contract labour

What to do
Constitute a committee, chaired by your authorised representative and including representatives of the principal employer and the contractor, to look into grievances of contract labour about health, working conditions and wages rule 184(1)–(2).
Who it applies to
Every principal employer in whose establishment contract labour is employed rule 184(2).
When
The committee hears and disposes of a grievance within thirty days rule 184(3).
