What to do
Provide suitable temporary living accommodation, free of charge, for workers at construction sites remote from their homes, where adequate transport home or other suitable accommodation is not available rule 62 s. 24(2)(v).

How
Where the work is done through a contractor, the principal employer pays the contractor’s expenses for the accommodation rule 62.
