Medical examination in dock and building work

What to do
Arrange a free medical examination by a qualified medical practitioner for each employee who has completed forty years of age, with a certificate in Form VIII given to both employer and employee rule 5(1)–(2).
Who it applies to
Every employer of dock work, or of building or other construction work rule 5(1).
When
As the rule’s annual health examination of employees rule 5.
How
You may arrange the examination through the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation rule 5(2), proviso.
