What to do
Minimise emissions of gas, fume, vapour or dust into the air at any workplace, and keep employees’ exposure as low as reasonably practicable and never above the limits harmful to health rule 32(i).

Every employer of a building or other construction work rule 32.

All the time rule 32.
How
Do not let any employee enter a workplace or confined space until all practicable measures have brought any noxious gas, fume, vapour or dust within the permissible limits rule 32(ii).
