Bonus when a contractor fails to pay

What to do
Where employees are employed through a contractor and the contractor fails to pay their bonus, pay them the minimum bonus once the employees, or a registered trade union of which they are members, inform you in writing and the failure is confirmed rule 21 s. 43.
Who it applies to
The company, firm, association or other person who is the proprietor of the establishment s. 43, where the bonus Chapter applies: twenty or more persons are employed, or were employed on any day during the accounting year s. 41(2).
