Overtime pay
Overtime is paid at twice the rate of wages. For a monthly-paid worker the daily wage is 1/26th of the monthly wage, and part hours are rounded as the OSH (Central) Rules set out.

Overtime starts after eight hours in a day for a daily wager, or after forty-eight hours in a week for other workers, and the total may not exceed one hundred forty-four hours in a quarter (OSH Rules r.69). The hourly rate here divides the daily wage by the 8-hour working day.
