Do Central Rules or my State's Rules apply to me?
- That depends on your appropriate Government. It is the Central Government for railways, mines, oil fields, major ports, air transport, telecommunication, banking and insurance companies and central public sector undertakings, and the State Government for any other establishment CW s. 2(d).
- That Government makes the rules that fill in the detail of each Code s. 67(1).
