What protection do workers have while a dispute is pending?
- While a dispute is pending, your employer cannot alter your conditions on any matter connected with it to your prejudice, or discharge or punish you for misconduct connected with it, without written permission from the authority IR s. 90(1).
- You can complain in writing to that authority IR s. 91.
