What is the most bonus I can get?

Where the allocable surplus is larger, bonus rises in proportion to wages, up to twenty per cent of wages s. 26(3).
A productivity or production bonus can be agreed, but total bonus cannot be more than twenty per cent of wages s. 26(5).
