How is bonus calculated if my wages are above the limit?
- If your wages are above the calculation limit, bonus is worked out on that limit or on the minimum wage, whichever is higher s. 26(2).
- The Central Government’s calculation limit is ₹7,000 a month S.O. 4710(E).
